Whitney joined the Horizons at NCCS team in January 2017. With over ten years of experience in integrated marketing at companies including the Meredith Corporation, Time Inc., and Rodale, Inc. she brought valuable expertise to the organization. Whitney supports Horizons' development and fundraising initiatives through corporate and foundation grant writing, events, stewardship, cultivation, corporate sponsorships, and partnerships. She also manages marketing and communication efforts, including public relations and social media, to enhance the visibility of Horizons among all constituents. A graduate of Colby College, Whitney's favorite aspect of her role is sharing the joy that Horizons brings to its students.
